Delivery Policy

Shipping Carriers
We deliver our products through GLS, Zásilkovna, and DPD. Customers can choose their preferred delivery option at checkout.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and other EU countries.
If you are located outside these regions, please contact us at hey@elanflare.com to arrange a custom delivery.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

  • Czech Republic: 1–3 business days

  • Slovakia: 2–4 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method and destination.
Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hey@elanflare.com. We will resolve the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
